Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges:
Customer must submit requests for returns or exchanges of standard catalog parts for review and approval within 30 days of receipt of goods. A return goods authorization
(RGA) number must be obtained from ASB prior to the return of parts. All unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Returned parts will be inspected before credit will be issued and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Non standard production parts (made to order or standard off the shelf modifications) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shortages:
Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of material.
Damage:
Any damages must be reported at the time of receipt of the goods.
