ASB manufactures and stocks a complete line of standard Powdered Metal (P/M) self-lubricating sleeve bearings, flange bearings and thrust washers in the SAE841 alloy specification. They are intended by design, to be self-lubricating, maintenance free and low cost. Standard impregnating oil conforms to SAE 30 specifications but products can be supplied with special oils upon request.

Sizes can also be manufactured in the powdered metal copper/iron alloy, SAE863. Please contact us for pricing and lead times.

For those special applications, we also manufacture ultra precision miniature P/M bronze bearings. These miniature bearings are precision machined to sizes as small as .040”/1mm diameter with tolerances as tight as .0002”/.005mm.
